My journey with ChatGPT began with a sense of curiosity and fear. Initially, I was somewhat scared of the potential it held. However, as months passed, I delved into it with simple prompts, eager to uncover its capabilities.Over the course of six months, my co-founder and I devoted a significant portion of our time to exploring the world of marketing and its potential to propel a business to new heights. As we learned these skills using them on a few different companies' brand and Facebook pages we chose to say “We learned a lot, but this is not what we want to be doing with our eagerness to build a business.” It was during a mid-year vacation in June when inspiration struck us like a bolt of lightning: “Could we revolutionize customer service using AI?”At that moment, we didn’t have a clear roadmap to achieve such ambitious goals. We started out by browsing possibilities interested in what that idea would mean. Determination took hold, and I made a resolute decision: "I will teach myself the basics of coding and ensure that the first iteration of an AI-driven Assistant becomes a reality." With no coding experience or any idea of the depth of what I was going into the hours started pouring into the idea. Months passed as I embarked on this self-taught coding journey, relentlessly pushing towards the creation of our first AI-powered Assistant. After trial and error with small breakthroughs here and there, I eventually got the product to its initial version and was ready for testing with our very first client. This transformative journey gave birth to our company, known today as SiteSage.
