Supplier Development Engineer for Asia region

• Led CKD section responsibilities for HMSI's CKD business in Colombia, Mexico, Italy, and Bangladesh. Responsibilities included resolving customer quality complaints, improving domestic suppliers, and more.• Executed targeted supplier improvement initiatives across various commodity suppliers.• Mitigated approximately 25 supplier crises, each capable of causing production losses ranging from INR 20 to 50 lakh.• Worked on rejection reduction activities, achieving annual savings of up to Rs 9.6 Cr (team result).• Executed BS-III and BS-IV vehicle regulatory transitions by improving the capabilities of around 18 suppliers. Activities included closing knowledge gaps, upskilling the workforce, and improving infrastructure.
