I am a self-motivated, independent, forward thinking individual with a passion for massage, sport and fitness. My career of massage, training, teaching and coaching have been driven by my philosophy in the development of individuals’ skills and tailored conditioning/treatments to aid recovery, prevent injury and facilitating them to achieve their goals.Currently I am working self employed as a massage therapist, providing sports and therapeutic treatments, as well as personal training and specific strength & conditioning to individuals or groups.
