Technical Engineer
Current- Act as the primary interface between first/second line support and core engineering teams, handling work requests for diagnosis and implementation, and providing support for internal and external customers.- Reproduce technical problems, diagnose causes, and identify temporary and interim-term solutions, distinguishing between application database, operating system, network, and hardware issues.- Develop appropriate fixes or SQL scripts to resolve customer problems, debug applications, and log newly identified defects.- Properly document detailed investigational results, provide accurate and complete problem resolution documentation for future reference and management reporting, and participate in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base data.- Present complex technical information to non-technical audiences, continually increasing subject matter knowledge on Medidata products, and interacting with other Medidata teams to ensure application efficiency and effectiveness.
