It involves more sub-processes such as risk policy and management, scoring, decision making, fraud detection, disbursement, especially interaction with other systems.• Clarify user stories and project requirements, analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) shared by the BA and find the best solutions, and estimate the development by using Pega platform and relevant technologies, such as OCR, FR, E-Signature, Webservice…. • Communicate with business users and integration teams to ensure features and services implementation aligned with business needs, documenting technical specifications for interaction with other systems.• Serve as Senior System Architect, ensure the consistent structure, stable operation, and easy maintenance: Support to review the technical design, code of other staffs, and merge and release code to other higher environments, coordinate recurring stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, grooming sessions, and retrospective meetings to track development and design, understand and refine user stories, and drive process improvements.• Log support requests and follow up with PEGA on system bugs• Assisting QC and business users in testing effort, bulk testing.• Supporting the post-deployment system, providing valuable feedback for business inquiry as well as smart and efficient solutions for business users’ issues, investigate and analyze production issues, ensure those issues are identified, tracked, resolved with a deliverable workaround.
