- Lead and manage 20-recruitment staff team to achieve RMIT VN profile target- Develop dashboards and intake reports to forecast and develop recruitment strategies to achieve target - Lead stakeholder engagement strategies to create new data pool, identify and nurture potential leads to convert to enrollment.- Lead and develop referral programs to engage with with key influencers in high schools and industry network to identify hot leads- Lead, develop event contents and supervise event flow of more than 200 student recruitment events across southern Vietnam in a year to communicate key selling points of University and generate new leads- Develop and constantly update and training workflow of lead conversion with sale team to enhance their performance- Lead and implement customer service strategies to train staff to ensure high standard quality in customer services when they interact with RMIT University

- Lead the promotion of university campaigns, student recruitment campaigns and activities to raise brand awareness and generate new leads and enrolments- Lead to develop key academic program messages and communicate them through campaigns to raise awareness and enrollments into specific programs- Manage the development of university messages, and communicate these messages across marketing and student recruitment materials including publications, videos, sales materials, and presentations - Actively provide strategic advice and market insights to enable contribution to setting strategic targets and direction- Student recruitment focus:o Set direction on pre-sales & online data to segment student targeted groups and propose follow-up plans to convert them into potential students and enrolments.o Lead & organize recruitment events that provide more than 80% of annual recruitment and enrollments to RMIT Vietnamo Provide all sales stories and presentations to recruitment events and presentations to parents and studentso Provide strategic advices to develop relationship with high school stakeholders.

- Execute and evaluate market research regarding perception of current and prospective students on RMIT Vietnam; Define marketing strategies for RMIT Vietnam and its’ academic programs based on research’s findings- Organise student recruitment events, including Information Day, high-school tours and provincial information sessions to showcase RMIT Vietnam- Develop and implement student recruitment promotional plans for current & new academic programs - - Plan annual promotion budgets, monitor approved budget accounts, and review expenditures relative to effectiveness of campaigns.- Work closely with Student recruitment (Sales team) to meet annual recruitment targets.- Responsible for all publications of RMIT Vietnam. - Work with suppliers to produce high-quality marketing materials

- In charge of above-the-line marketing activities: TVCs, Print ads, radio commercials… from concept building to production supervision- Supervise all below-the-line promotional activities: POSM, signage system for dealers, promotional materials…- Propose annual marketing plan
