- Integrated Risk Management: Performing Risk Assurance duties and other Due Diligence works, including: + Supervising Basel II implementation in accordance with legislation, including CAR and ICAAP calculation pursuant to Circular 41 and Circular 13; + Monitoring TPBank’s compliance status with SBV’s risk management regulation; ensuring reporting duties to be performed in a timely manner; + Conducting internal audit sections to utilize resources and accelerate risk management efficiency; liaising with internal divisions to identify priority areas for review based on emerging risk and regulatory focus.- Risk Projects Management: Participating in risk management projects (Basel III; Basel III Reforms) as a key team member. Main tasks: + Conducting in-depth research and customizing scope of work; + Formulating scorecard to assess and quantify outsourcing partners’ (KPMG, PwC, EY) competency to appoint the applicable partner; + Evaluating overall resources (budgeting, human resources, timeline …) to demonstrate a comprehensive project scheme to CRO and CEO; + Collaborating with inhouse divisions (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Data and Modeling) to negotiate and settle arisen disputes with outsourcing partners; + Managing and being accountable for the quality and timeliness of risk projects, reporting directly to CRO.
