Joined as the pioneer, set up the new group companies (with 3 new subsidiaries providing IT solutions, digital ecosystems, online services). Contributed to the business result and growth – launching new apps and grow the number of users. Led to build the organization from aggressive Talent Acquisition, arranging the new workplace, to designing the Organization Chart, key decision matrix, budget. Partnered with CEO and General Managers of all companies in building the vision, mission for long-term and 2022 action plan to deliver the expected business results.

Led People , Office Management, Administration and Enterprise Information System (IT) for a Tech company which contained 3 different locations (Vietnam, Singapore and Canada). Revamped Company Core Values and implemented them into the behaviors. Set up the HR Governance for 200-headcount organization, highlighting Job Grade System, Performance Management, Market Reference Salary… Designed and drove key HR Processes on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development… Led the IT operations, security management and transformation. Partnered with Founders and business leaders to build company culture, organizational structure and business results. Groomed and developed the People Team, Office Admin team and EIS team.

Led the whole People agenda to contribute to the business growth. Covering Vietnam, Southeast Asia countries with two breweries and whole commercial activities. Leading the organization from 150 headcounts to 900 headcounts in 3 years. Covering Supply expansion, Commercial expansion and SouthEast Asia countries set up.

Led the whole Talent Supply and Talent Development of P&G Vietnam involving from the end-to-end recruiting process to building the next generation of leaders for P&G Vietnam. Supplied almost 40% of the number of managers currently, including the members of Leadership Team. Successfully built the Employer Branding for P&G among top 5 Universities. Led the ASEAN events across 5 countries for the biggest equity iniatives. Incorporated with the other countries to manage some multi-national projects. Re-built the Training Program that created the new culture of learning for the organization and executed with excellence the training program (including class-room trainings, coaching sessions…)
