- Analyze and translate requirements and user needs into intuitive, implementable designs- Conduct heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and competitor research- Develop user workflow diagrams, storyboards, wireframes, and mockups for concept development & presentation- Identify and troubleshoot usability problems and pain points, and collaborate with other members of the design team to determine solutions- Work with the development team to gain insight about technical feasibility- Develop and enforce UX interaction and usability guidelines, as well as style guides

- Analyze customers’s website in term of User experience with the output is an UX report with appropriate consultant and proposal direction for user interface.- Define the key visual and UI components for the whole system. - Keep the balance between the aesthetics from design team and the possibility from development team.- Elicit requirements using interviews, data analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis.- Elicit designs to create mockups or prototypes.- Create wireframe using Axure for function proposal.- Conduct interview sections to understand a customer’s business environment and processes.- Familiar with requirement documentation (e.g. workflow diagrams, user stories, UI layouts, requirement specifications, etc.). - Do presentation to end users (in English) to explain wireframe & proposed function. - Write end user manual for software and conduct training session for end users. - Project management & Design project estimation- Onsite working for Technochem and Canon in Singapore
