After 2.5 years of managing 5-6 product designers at Clio as the design leader in the leadership triads for the Fintech, Accounting and AI RnD teams, I've helped design, build, pilot and successfully GA Clio Accounting and Clio Duo, while continuing to build and expand the capabilities our Payments product. My core competencies lie in aligning cross-functional teams toward strategic goals, fostering a culture of creativity, and driving product excellence.
