- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.- Draft and counsel on policies and procedures, including contracts, privacy policies, and compensation policies.- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences.- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

- Vocalist team: Present crafted performances at the prestigious Le Hong Phong Festival, hosting over 5000 guests annually; featured performances at the esteemed HCM City Opera House.- Member of the Production Team (arrange, plan the program, and manage human resources) and performing arts in the Hoi Mech project.- Head of Public Relations: manage and build plans for the club’s social media; communicate with the academic administrative on behalf of the club.

Fashionopolis is a youth fashion and modeling club that promotes sustainability while advocating against the negative impacts of fast fashion.- Managed, organized, and oversaw the administrative operations of the Modeling, Fashion Design, Photography, Public Relations, Graphic Design, and Program Coordinator - Logistics Team.- Addressed and resolved team-related issues, overseeing a group exceeding 30 members.- Developed project timelines, enforce deadlines, and preside over team meetings.
