Logistics Customer Service Supervisor
Current1. Supervisor:- Building and developing department process- Training and evaluating new staffs- Participating in the company's business development plans - Proceeding given tasks by manager and director2. Major in:- Receiving customer information and consulting services: policies, customs clearance, tax, hs code, trucking, international freight,..- Receiving and checking full documents (C/O, Invoice, Packing List, Contract, insurance, ...) to ensure the logic and legality.- Handling customs declaration ECUS/VNACCS for air & On-spot export/import (especially import CD) - Preparing import licenses- Directly building and operating process and delivering goods. Tracking work progress to ensure work's effective and on time- Cooperating with Operation team/Subcontractors and other depts to complete mutual tasks- Guiding and solving difficulties in the professional performance of employees.- Participating in the development of cost schedules of professional staff.- Building quotation and tariffs, supporting accounting dept with debit note and taxation if required- Preparing reports - Researching. reading and updating customs law, legal document related to export - import of goods- Checking data into sotfware.3.
