As the Team Lead of IT Service Desk at StackAdapt, I lead and manage a team of support specialists who provide timely and effective technical support to internal employees for a wide range of hardware and software issues. I champion ITIL procedures, process improvement, mapping, and documentation to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
