Planning the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) IT operations to DISA Enterprise Solutions- Strategic Planner/Consultant for the JS help desk consolidation initiatives.

- Manage International Development for Asia-Pacific Region Portfolio; including South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, India.- Served as the Denmark Desk Officer for Missile Defense Development.- Develop the Asia - Pacific Regional Campaign Plan that developed short, medium, and long range planning objectives for the Agency and defining metrics to determine mission effectiveness.- Develop international engagement plans for Air Launched Interceptors program.

Second in Command of Navy Aegis Cruiser and lead over 400 sailors. Chief Operation Officer that manage all daily operations of this billion dollar warship during two war-time deployments to the Arabian gulf and Red Sea; including anti-piracy operations and serving as the command ship for International Security Operation in Iraq.

- Developed and drafted missile defense Concept of Operations for the Agency and Combatant Commanders- Conducted table tops and war games with warfighters and developers to develop operational concept for new missile defense capabilities- Develop emergency activation plans to deploy agency's missile defense RDT&E asset to augment fielded military capabilities during national crisis situations.
