Accounting and Tax - In charge of month end and year end closing Financial Statement (BS,PL,CF) - Manage all accounting matters in an efficient and timely manner including review all accounting transactions, analyze the movement among periods, review Balance Sheet and Income Statement breakdown as well as reconciliation; - Main contact window with Tax audit, internal and external auditor; - In charge of Tax reports;Budget and management operation - Prepare and monitor budget, perform budget analysis to propose sufficient explanations for any discrepancies; - Improve business operations by deploy internal procedures (payment, receipts process and management report rules); - Above tasks are assigned and reported directly to Finance Controller;

Accounting service- Provide Financial Statements (FS) and reporting packages under internal and externalrequirement with a focus on management and statutory requirements.- Provide timely Tax compliance reports and Tax fillings in accordance with local laws.- Handle full set of accounts and bank operations for clients.- Manage all accounting matters in an efficient and timely manner including review dailyaccounting transactions, closing full set of books, analyze the movement among periods.- Support client's Accounting system set-up on SAP software.- Involve in setting up E-invoice system. - Provide conversion report from Group Accounting book to Local Accounting book. - Query management with internal and 3rd parties stakeholders.- Work closely with external auditor on accounting matter clarification.Financial Planning and Reporting- Be responsible for KPI of Vietnam Operating Cash Flow (OCF)- Monthly providing senior management with OCF update of business operation- Perform Monthly rolling forecast and OCF analysis between actual and planned result- Management period closure to ensure Finance objectives are met- Assess and collect evidence for Control Navigator to exercise internal compliance self-assessment

- Perform bookkeeping transactions in all modules- Check payment documents to ensure their completeness, compliance and accuracy- Prepare monthly Financial Statement- Provide Tax compliance reports- Work with local authority to submit Tax report/official letters- Assist seniors in coaching new trainees

- Prepare bank transfer request, upload file to bank's system- Declare VAT report- Perform bookkeeping for simple accounting modules such as petty cash, bank, AR, AP- Issue invoices- Document filling
