As the Talent Admin, I supported various programs through exceptional administrative skills, ensuring efficient processes and improving them through documentation and training. I provided support to Human Resources through special projects and managed administrative tasks. I managed onboarding/offboarding, maintained records, organized programs, prepared reports, and provided support to the Director of Talent and Team.
