Developed new challenging immunoassay products from clone screening through product launch into the market. Worked closely with other assay product lines to ensure cross-platform product alignment, to ensure that customers have an efficient workflow solution with Bio-Techne assay products.• Developed new Quantikine® High Sensitivity (HS) ELISA kits that use innovative SA Poly-HRP detection technology, to improve the current Quantikine® HS ELISA line by increasing sensitivity and improving consistency of manufacturing these products.• Aptitude on writing and approving new manufacturing SOPs and Quality Control testing SOPs for new products.• Provided support lab transition from one location to another with little loss on assay development lead time. • Improved non-human Quantikine® ELISA product line by providing a ready to use conjugate, which reduced the potential for dilutional error by end-users.• Trained new employees in assay development techniques and procedures.
