• Fund arrangement, liaise with banks on day-to-day operational issues and activities• Managing the operation of new bank accounts, setting and administering online banking systems, and getting the respective bank signatories• Maintaining timely and accurate transaction data in SAP• Performing bank reconciliations - the reconciliation of the bank statement against the GL, doing the bank clearing and month-end closing activities• Preparing weekly reports to monitor cash balance to plan with the cashflow budget

• In charge of Accounts payable and accounts receivable• Verifying and checking expenses• Matching invoices to relevent receipt• Creating receipts, payment vouchers, and data entry• Support works in the accounting department
