As an Aircraft maintenance officer for the Portuguese Air-Force, and working as the Maintenance Officer for the F-16 Phase Inspection I have to lead several maintenance teams (approximatly 150 military personnel) to achieve our goals. This requires constant adaptation since the Phase Inspection varies from tail number to tail number, with the repairs that are needed and done. So we need continuous improvement so that the management becomes less stressfull.The main focus is Supervision and Planning for maintenance Tasks and Human, equipment and time management.
