As the Director of Account Management for Choice Property Resources, Inc. (Choice), I work with apartment and condominium owners, developers and managers to generate revenue that is in addition to rent. Choice works with vendors by negotiating profitable service and marketing agreements for cable, internet, phone, beverage vending and metered laundry.
