Is responsible for completing job duties in a manner that supports all plant safety, food safety, quality and environmental practices.•Actively leads, prioritizes, and reviews all production activities to achieve safety, quality, inventory, and financial targets.•Pinpoints and reinforces appropriate performance behaviors for direct reports through visual management tools and personal feedback.•Prioritizes and directs Lean/Six Sigma projects to improve OEE performance for production lines in business unit•Develops and manages production budget – provides feedback on capital priorities for assigned areas.• Supports performance management throughout the year by guiding managers on goal setting, coaching, and feedback leading to the annual review process.

•Supervises the scheduling, accountability, and facilitates training of up to 50 employees per shift.•Ensures the area is running with labor and equipment maximized at all times.•Safely and efficiently produces on time the highest quality foods, exceeding customer expectations.•Actively support CBBC’s team building, problem-solving, six sigma, TPM, training, continuous skills development, auditing, planned and/or autonomous maintenance, 5s certified, hazmat training and ERT certified.
