The Instructional Program Assistance works closely with the Academic Advisor and the Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the department. Duties include:- General office duties- Web maintenance/development- Social media management, video editing, content creation- Communications to stakeholders, events set-up and management, and compilation of departmental data- Delivering important documents to other on-campus facilities and other on-campus errands- Occasionally assist Facilities Manager with general assistance when needed- Other duties as assigned
