As a software engineer at Union Switch and Signal (currently, Ansaldo STS), I lead the design and development of real-time reporting and monitoring tools for train movement simulation. Additionally, I designed and developed several tools that significantly improved the productivity of the QA team. Anuntul Telefonic is the leading classifieds print and online media company in Romania. As a senior consultant, I designed and oversaw the implementation of the strategic technical development plan which included the company's expansion from print media to online presence. During my involvement, it became the most visited classifieds website in Romania.

Piraeus Bank (currently, First Bank) was founded in 1995 in Bucharest, and I was one of its first ten employees. I led the setup of the bank's IT infrastructure which scaled to 180 branches over ten years. As a CTO, I oversaw the bank's technological strategy, coordinated various teams and operations involved in the banking process. Coordinated the implementation of systems such as MISYS Equation, IBSNet, BankMaster, SWIFT, VISA, etc. As part of my role, I recruited, hired, and managed a team of ten employees.

As a Systems Engineer at ICL (currently, Fujitsu Services), I was responsible for the configuration and maintenance of various software and hardware solutions. I lead a team of five people that implemented the iBank system for a major Romanian bank.

As a researcher, I investigated the possible applications of the VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) satellite communication technology in remote energy infrastructure management. My teaching responsibilities included preparing course materials, leading seminars, labs, etc.
