I led the setup of the bank's IT infrastructure which scaled to 180 branches over ten years. As a CTO, I oversaw the bank's technological strategy, coordinated various teams and operations involved in the banking process. Coordinated the implementation of systems such as MISYS Equation, IBSNet, BankMaster, SWIFT, VISA, etc. As part of my role, I recruited, hired, and managed a team of ten employees.
