I have spent several years in the product development area from the prototype phase to the commercially available releases.Supporting commercial projects was part of my work, where I got deeply involved in the customer project by supporting it on-site. Giving the right support remotely was also part of my responsibility.As a project manager I got experience on the new product introduction activities as well as on the product maintenance work.During these years I had to ensure the cooperation between multinational teams with different cultural backgrounds(Hungarian, Irish, Swedish, Indian and Russian). I also kept track of the quality expectations as well.Thanks to these challenges I got deep view about the value from the customers' perspective when using a given product.The close cooperation, the strong customer focus is part of my daily work to ensure the trust and long term business.
