Would much rather watch a documentary instead of a TV show or chat with a military general instead of a celebrity any day of the week! HOW DID I GET HERE:How did I get into the recruitment industry? After finishing my studies in software development, I was invited to join the sales/recruitment industry by the CEO of firm with national reach who was drawn to my energy and personality. My life was not the same since -- BTW, I mean that in a good way. :)Served significantly in the Engineering, Mining, Paper, Manufacturing, Medical Device industries, and currently, exclusively in Information Technology and the High Tech domains.WHY WORK WITH ME:Being sensitive to differing candidates, and their non-business needs, enables me to anticipate and reduce potential disappointments for all parties involved. Attention to detail irrespective of technical abilities leads to quicker & better placements.What is the likelihood a candidate will happily relocate if .. 1)They have a teenage daughter with a developed social network.2)Will not have access to accustomed foods and cultural peers.3)Grandparents will no longer be able to see their grandchildren as often.4)Will not have access to appropriate places of worship.
