• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and continually look to develop new sources of supply, in line with market needs.• Introduced new Products suitable for the market thereby increasing the sale Growth of 20-30%• Formulating plans for the successful entry to new markets and ventures• Successfully established Egypt & Qatar Showrooms, and also upcoming ones• Pioneered the re-analysis of the brands’ costing matrix and recommended accurate and profitable changes • Involved in the process of Budgeting and Financial Planning• Be aware of Kuwait market to identify potential opportunities or threats and co-ordinate with the Chairman for the formulation of the strategies.• Sole authority for the Project management • Responsible for import & export of products for the showrooms in Kuwait, Qatar, KSA & Egypt. • Analyze the inventory on hand and take proactive measures to maintain the desired stock level and support the Retail sales Team.• Work closely with sales and marketing team to confirm any unexpected sales point and trends on a real time base. • Monitoring the competitors & their activities and conduct and frequently studying market situation in order to maintain market share.• Involved in the annual & monthly marketing and promotional calendar and brand management • Opening new showrooms in new locations in co-ordination with the Chairman.
