Marketing, Web & Design• Global marketing, corporate branding, and product marketing in the data center industry• Website creation, maintenance with CMS platforms, and ecommerce• Collaborate in cross-functional teams including UX researchers, engineers, program managers• User Interface design for web, software GUI, mobile application mock-up• User flows, branding, visual design, prototyping, production design, information architecture• Web Google Analytics, SEO, PPC • Create sales enablement materials for customer journeys-- PowerPoints, datasheets, technical proposals, webinars, videos, tutorials, brochures-- Whitepapers, photography, email marketing• Manage logistics and fulfillment of technology tradeshows and events-- Design, production, and setup• Create customer proposals for labs/data centers with technical drawings using CAD• Industrial design of fiber/copper patch panels, and robotic switch components• Public relations management - Hiring, article review, and schedule press releasesTechnical Support & Customer Success• Lead and train technical support team of 6+ customer success engineers• Global support for customers with deployment and software implementation• Fly on-site to customer labs and colocations to setup hardware and network configurations • Software liaison for engineers - Assist in developing python driver, test, and install• Handling of switches - Replacing encoders, robotic grippers, logical control units• Use software to calibrate robotic movement with precision to the micron level • Identify, root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues through remote desktop or VPN• Design customer lab configurations with sales engineers• Create service reports, document and manage all customer cases through SalesForce CRM• Provide technical support training and documentation to partners and value added resellers• Create hardware and software installation manuals
