• Created product vision and roadmap for an e-hailing platform - a SaaS used by 150 fleets and taxi companies worldwide.• Analysed business processes; designed system architecture and database; created UI prototype for the e-hailing platform (3 mobile apps, 2 web services, and 3 web applications).• Communicated with the top 5 fleet owners weekly to define customer needs and the associated features to meet their requirements.• Translated features into user stories within the team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to reflect stakeholder’s requirements.
