Leveraging over a decade of work in community disaster response and recovery to support network members in defining, envisioning, and building the fire future they want. This includes managing data collection and analysis to identify key needs and product creation of toolkits, trainings, and other content to meet those needs; as well as building data pipelines and reporting systems for monitoring, learning, and evaluation and turning data analysis into strategic planning for network operations.Tiernan’s past work includes co-founding a nonprofit for local flood relief and recovery, designing and managing community resilience programs for multi-stakeholder coalitions, and developing community engagement plans and programs for the American Meteorological Society.
