Responsible for relaunching Andrew Zimmern’s on-line store (shop.andrewzimmern.com) from a limited assortment to a lifestyle brand including multiple categories.Working closely with Andrew Zimmern to develop logos and branded merchandise and curating unique and unexpected items from the culinary, travel, clothing and accessories industries.Partnering with the marketing and social media department to develop consistent strategies for promoting the ecommerce site.

Co-managed marketing and events for the Macy’s Culinary Council, which included 30-50 nation-wide events each year. The exclusive council of celebrity chefs most recently included: Rick Bayless, Michelle Bernstein, Cat Cora, Tom Douglas, Todd English, Marc Forgione, Stephanie Izard, Johnny Iuzzini, Wolfgang Puck, Marcus Samuelsson, Nancy Silverton, Ming Tsai and Takashi Yagihashi. Managed all travel and itineraries for the 15 Macy’s Culinary Council chefs. Responsible for editing and formatting all Macy’s Culinary Council chef recipes along with building equipment lists and recipe packets to ensure high level event execution with local catering teams.Loaded all Macy’s Culinary Council events on macys.com using the SKAVA and CMS systems.Created Power Point recaps for all Macy’s Culinary Council events.Provided editorial support for the Macy’s Culinary Council Thanksgiving & Holiday Cookbook.Assisted in producing a three-day public event featuring local chefs for Major League Baseball as part of the 2014 All Star Game in Minneapolis.Worked on multiple national food truck tours from truck designs, menu planning, and event execution, to coordination with local governments around the nation to secure food service permits for clients including Macy’s, General Mills and Andrew Zimmern’s AZ Canteen.
