I'm a big believer in fearlessly pursuing what sets your soul on fire. Currently, I'm doing that by supporting our nonprofit clients here at Givebutter with the tools they need to successfully fundraise and expand their impact.Previously, I've worked to ensure Indiana employers can find the diverse talent they need while helping more job and internship seekers get connected to great opportunities at Ascend Indiana.Prior to that, I served clients in the financial services industry as a Client Success Manager at DealCloud, an Intapp company, to maximize the value they derived from our tools. The year before, I had the incredible opportunity to volunteer in ten different countries pre-pandemic, and I enjoy working with people from all different backgrounds to achieve a common goal.Early in my career, my drive to use business to improve communities and individual lives led me to join Lacy Diversified Industries, a 4th generation family office in Indianapolis with a diverse portfolio of operating companies. There, I refined and learned a broad range of skills while working in different capacities across the company, ranging from finance to unitholder relations to corporate development. My simultaneous participation in the Orr Fellowship, a community full of aspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders, showed me what it takes to cultivate a support network of people who are passionate about what they do and elevating communities. Alongside my 9 to 5, I have always enjoyed passion projects such as fundraising for local organizations fighting homelessness and hunger in my city, as well as starting my own business selling conversation cards with an inspiring group of friends and colleagues.
