About Tiffany Best

I have a passion for assisting both teacher and students with maximizing their full potential makes me a viable candidate for most positions in an educational setting. My belief in servant leadership allows me to focus on the growth and well-being of students and staff, gain the input of those who will be impacted when making decisions, and ensure the needs of students and staff are being met. My leadership style is also rooted in treating students and their families fairly, being a consistent advocate, and highly supportive. My nurturing approach has allowed me to build a positive and respectful rapport with teachers, students, parents, and community members. During my tenure as an educator, I have served in numerous capacities (highlighted on my resume) in district leadership and both traditional and alternative school settings supporting and educating staff and students differing culturally and socioeconomically with wide ranging abilities. These experiences have acquired me a skill set valuable to any district/school setting.
