• Director of all support functions within Flagship Store including Human Resources, Asset Protection, Facilities Management, Office Manager, General Office, Merchandising, Information Technology and Alterations.• Provide leadership to Store management and associates to support the selling organization, ensuring that critical support functions are focused on activities that enable the selling process.• Ensure high performance results around operations key performance indicators like RTV and transfer execution, credit acquisition, fulfillment results and operating expenses.• Mange the P&L and ensure Store controllable expense is in line with the business trend to maximize profitability while controlling store payroll and accounting functions.• Execute budget and ensure guidelines are being followed to minimize operating expenses and maximize revenue. • Oversee Store level Human Resources functions including providing guidance to managers toward the effective resolution of day-to-day associate relations, performance management and investigations. Ensure all components of company HR audit are always at standard.• Ensure the timely and accurate tracking of all payroll and paid time off requests, unemployment claims, workers compensation claims and leave of absence processes. • Ensure that the needs of the physical store are met, specific ally maintenance, repairs, construction, renovation, and other capital projects.• Ensure all technology and equipment is functioning as designed.• Ensure that merchandise is received and processed in accordance with continuous flow principles, that new receipts are on the floor on the day of receipt prior to store opening, RTVs and transfers are processed efficiently and back of the house areas are organized and maintained to support the selling floor activities.

• Manage all sales teams store-wide and have full ownership of all sales. • Set the tone and provide guidance for wardrobing and selling the experience.• Actively curate in-store experiences, including trunk shows and premier client events, and attending to varied international clientele interests and needs.• Engage and maintain strong relationships with Brand Partners, and oversee all aspects of merchandise communications, inventory, and brand training.• In response to the worldwide Pandemic, appointed Acting General Manager in addition to all other key duties. Simultaneously, continue the earlier position of Sales Manager of Cosmetics & Fragrance.• Guided the rollout, training and support of the Connect App, an innovative approach to remote selling.• Led the evaluation and reconfiguration of all staff, including furloughing, terminating, and training for remote selling. • Managed a select group chosen to work during the initial lockdown. • With the eventual reopening of the store, designed and led Reopening Plan and retrained furloughed staff as necessary.

• Recruited to lead and reinvigorate this core luxury department and entrusted by the General Manager to conduct all operations. • Collaborated with General Manager and Human Resources to attract, hire, retain and, in some cases, terminate, talent.• Directed merchandising activities including visual standards and floor plans.• Increased department sales by 8% within the first year. • Spearheaded the development and implementation of a critical payscale overhaul in 2016 -- including strategically managing the “optics” of the process and successfully retaining key staff. • Invited to speak at the Annual Conclave three years in a row, focusing on how best to launch new brands and maximize their effect. • Launched and led new brand initiatives including.
