Overseeing the integration, coordination, and alignment efforts for all populations within the Coordinated Entry System (CES), and parallel systems that use CES in SPA 2.

Managed the Innovations 2 (INN 2) contract funded by the Department of Mental Health. Worked on innovative ways to help end homelessness and reduce recidivism in SPA (Service Planning Area) 1. As the lead agency, this was a collaborative effort to build community capacity in understanding trauma and trauma-informed services.

Oversaw several programs that were committed to building citizen leadership, health and wellness, and linkage to resources throughout the community. Some of the programs included: Best Start Palmdale, Best Start Lancaster, Champions for Change, YOLO, and the agency's outreach efforts. I was also in charge of the agency's marketing and social media, and grew AVPH's social media presence exponentially.

Oversaw the home-visitation program serving children ages 0-5 and their families. We utilized the Parents as Teachers curriculum, a nationally recognized, evidence-based home visitation curriculum.
