20 years ago, I founded Craven + Co., an event production company based in Austin, Texas. After calculating alcohol quantities for clients manually for far too long, we created www.thedrinkcalculator.com : an interactive + free tool designed to guide hosts through every step of building the perfect bar for their event. The Calculator uses the hosts' event details to calculate quantities, then helps them choose what to stock the bar with and in what proportion for their party to be a success. We guide our users through an informative process to make decisions the way a professional event planner would but without being overwhelming to the host. In the end, the host has a complete shopping list to stock their bar with confidence. Cheers!
