I am responsible for leading the branch in sales production and continuing to bring in new sales. I am also responsible for training and coaching staff and being a resource to new bankers. I have been consistently a top 20 production banker in our district and have been selected by my superiors to take part in a leadership program and have been selected as a representative on our district's communications council.

I was responsible for maintaining sales and running the store as much as the store manager as well as coaching and training new staff. I worked with customers one on one to establish and maintain a relationship and connect with them through reaching out when we had sales specific to their needs. I was responsible for keeping track of and meeting my sales goals as well as making sure sales associates were meeting theirs and coaching them if their performance needed improvement.

I performed haircuts, styling, color treatments and facial waxing. I was responsible for meeting personal sales goals and finding new ways to grow my clientele. I worked with different types of people every day and always found a way to make them feel comfortable and welcome and made sure they left the salon happy. In my first year I had the third best sales in my salon as well as having the most sales growth of all the stylists.
