I managed the Netherlands’ market with over 227,000 subscribers. I assembled the HTML for 4 email campaigns weekly using Adobe Dreamweaver and maintained a 100% deliverability rate when executing global email campaigns in a marketing automation platform. In response to the global pandemic, I gathered and analyzed the performance of weekly face mask module link click data for 14 global countries. I was also a key member of a cross-functional team that kickstarted an A/B test where I increased the frequency of email deliveries in the Netherlands and observed the effects on bookings and opt-out rates.

I was a teaching assistant (TA) for Marketing 301: Fundamentals of Marketing at Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. As the TA, it was my duty to provide about 500 students with support and guidance in course development during weekly office hours. I worked with the Department of Marketing professors to offer feedback on assignments, provide assistance during class, and plan real-life marketing cases for students.

As a Customer Service Associate, I upheld strong customer service standings. As students called or entered the office, I provided consistent friendly and reliable assistance in an efficient manner. Student inquiries included receiving or sending packages, requesting a backup room key or temporary building access card, or reporting a maintenance concern. While tending to students, I also logged and audited packages, room keys, and temporary building access cards into a computerized system. Additionally, I was apart of the New and Returning Student Move-In Weekend for the Fall 2017-2019 semesters. These weekends were successful, systematic orchestrations that involved student and family interaction and student check-in.

I had the great opportunity to work at Vistaprint as the Digital Marketing Intern on the Organic Search Team. Being a global company, I collaborated on a team with great mentors from Waltham, MA, USA; Barcelona, Spain; and Tunis, Tunisia. In efforts to increase overall site traffic, earn backlinks, improve domain authority and search engine page rankings, I performed keyword research. In turn, I used the keywords to optimize old and under performing landing pages, create content for new dynamic landing pages, and provided keyword input for Ideas and Advice (Hub) articles. I also had the opportunity to pitch Hub articles to raise brand awareness and earn links by using Help A Reporter Out (HARO). My time at Vistaprint gave me great industry exposure. I was able to network with different teams throughout the company and learn about the various fields of marketing and the company as a whole. I also accompanied my fellow interns to Windsor, Canada to visit one of Vistaprint's manufacturing sites to learn the inner operations of production. Lastly, I had the chance to attend the Search Love Conference in Boston, MA to listen to speakers discuss best practices for technical and non-technical SEO.

As the social media intern, I managed all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, by posting weekly posts and monitoring the demographic of the viewers to determine the target market. I, also, designed magazine, billboard, and video advertisements using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Apple iMovie. I researched and composed monthly blogs to update customers on things happenings within the company and to provide in depth information of the company's products. I increased website traffic and site membership by maintaining the Search Engine Optimization keywords and drafting email campaigns to market new product lines. Lastly, I assisted store operations in the temporary brick-and-mortar store in the historic North End of Boston, MA.

As a head instructor, I design, prepare and lead swim classes of various levels, averaging up to 10-15 students (ages 3+) per class, at three various locations. During classes, I demonstrate and reinforce multiple swimming strokes and techniques to each swimmer, both in and out of the water. I also mentor and train new instructors on the fundamentals of instructions, as regulated by the American Red Cross. At the end of each session, I evaluate each student to determine whether he or she has successfully demonstrated each skill required to learn by the American Red Cross. If a student has completed a level, I will reward him by graduating him to the next level. Typically, I pass 3-5 students per session to the succeeding level.As a lifeguard, I supervise and monitor patrons' activities in and around the pool area to ensure a safe environment. I tend to any injuries and monitor the conditions of injured patrons by performing a follow-up appointment. In addition, I prepare the pool for the day by setting out the pool safety equipment and by maintaining a clean facility.

I was an assistant swim coach for the Canton Dolphins Swim Team, Canton's recreational swim team. I assisted the head coach by supervising and organizing swimmers (ages 6-18) during practices and local meets. I designed, coached, and lead swimmers in challenging swim workouts in preparation for regional competitions. Additionally, I implemented behavior management strategies and managed swimmers to maintain group order. All in all, I created a friendly, fun atmosphere where kids learned the fundamentals of sportsmanship and teamwork.
