Webinar Entrepenurship is an annual event hosted by the Entrepreneur Department. This event aims to increase Industrial Engineering student's awareness of financial matters such as cryptocurrency, stocks, and more.The 2023 Entrepreneurship Webinar focused on introducing the stock market, explaining basic concepts such as risk management, investment analysis, portfolio diversification, and factors influencing market trends. These topics were elaborated by our guest speaker, Denis SLL.As a Vice Project Manager my responsible are: -Helped the Project Manager lead a team of 23 people in 6 different divisions.-Checked and managed tasks for each divisions.-Involved in making decisions about the event.-Solved problems and suggested better ways to do things.-Made sure the event went smoothly on the day.-The event had about 250 people attending

Organizational Preparation is an event to share the current PUMA IE Cabinet workflow or events to the previous PUMA IE Cabinetas a PIC of Organizational Preparation my responsible are:-Developed and managed the event rundown and timeline, ensuring a well-organized structure for the D-Day event.-Communicate with various divisions to align the event's flow and coordination.-Reviewed and revised tasks from other divisions as necessary, maintaining the overall quality and coherence of the event
