Vivid Eye Artistic Productions, a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides artist development opportunities to students in the areas of dance, music, and theater. •Overseeing the daily operations of the camp, including scheduling activities, assigning campers to counselors, and ensuring the safety of campers and staff •Recruiting, training, supervising, and developing camp staff, including planning and conducting staff training sessions•Establishing and managing the camp's budget, including controlling expenditures and ordering supplies•Running marketing campaigns to recruit campers and distributing marketing materials to potential customers•Designing curricula for camp activities, implementing program changes or additions, and reviewing offerings from each department•Providing updates and reports to track camper registration progress and sharing an end-of-season report•Fostering relationships with former, current, and potential campers

•Build, maintain, and target client database (from internal and external sources): convention business, tour operators, meeting planners, party planners, corporate, social, concierges, non- profit, fundraisers, DMC’s, etc.•Draft and distribute proposals, invoices, and contracts and collects Certificates of Insurance from vendors and clients.•Manages budget for increasing revenue and controls expenses effectively.•Tracks status of upcoming programs from Weekly/Monthly Operations Assignment Report, gathers and communicates program information to Reservationist and Dispatch with program assignments.•Assigns field staff work, based on program schedule and staffing needs.•Responsible for maintaining field staff database, field staff personnel files and pay rates.•Processes all field staff paperwork involving compensation including timesheets, expense reports, and pay rate change forms.•Develop and maintain positive relationships with Convention & Visitors Bureau, professional organizations, local chambers of commerce, local hotels, and vendors.•Creates an environment of continual improvement and inspired employee morale by effectively managing staff and providing direction/delegating tasks to ensure a positive work and client experience.•Continually updating and improving technical skills within the position and assisting direct reports to update and improve on their technical skills by staying informed of industry trends, tools, and innovations.Key Accomplishment: Improved sales by 33% within one year while fully executing prior planned events.
