General office duties including, but not limited to: Answering the phone. Taking work orders and messages. Typing up invoices/billing. Paying bills/receiving payments for services rendered. Balancing accounts. Doing payroll and taxes. General customer service.

Sells and delivers frozen food and other company products to up to 120 customer's homes or places of business daily. Completes all assigned route and building days according to schedule determined by manager. Addresses service complaints and works to resolve them. Communicates complaints and resolution to manager in a timely manner. Follows guidelines of Good Sales Practices, including but not limited to; displaying products, calling on all customers, following up on missed/not at home customers, professional demeanor. Informs customers of new products and special promotions. Other duties consistent with sales and route positions.

Work Circulation desk, shelve books, customer service, cataloging new materials, helped with children’s summer reading program, and all other general library tasks.

Checking all ware for quality defects, ensuring that ware is functioning properly, paperwork on all work orders. Also carry a Q3 title. Q3 job duties include those listed above along with auditing and isolating ware within the SAP system. Also helped with the plant inventory.

Stocking Shelves, Customer Service, Bagging groceries, running register, lottery machine, video rental, basic cleaning, and inventory.
