-Maintains organization of sales office files and reports-Makes sure every company/group has a contract or group agrerement for each function and follows up with representative until event date and time concludes-Communicates with company representative for catering, audio visual, or special needs during meeting/function-Assists with selling guestrooms, meeting rooms and additional services to companies or groups-Prepares written correspondence, contracts, faxes, and general office procedures-Ensures charges for meeting room and catering are posted correctly-Conducts site inspections with potential clients and groups
