About Tiffany T.

I believe in LEARNING and I am a woman of action.I have made my career in the field of Higher Education; leading, motivating and (re)energizing teams, building processes and never backing down from an opportunity to problem solve. I learned the bulk of what I know from people. Mostly, my parents, who built our home on the foundation of "being good to others" and the phenomenal humans I have had the opportunity to meet through travel and cultural exploration. My 13 years in HigherEd has earned me a wealth of knowledge in understanding the inner workings of educational institutions, but more importantly the people who both deliver and use its services. From professors to professionals, policies and pupils, I have found my niche in creating vibrant spaces where everyone gets a seat at the table. Collaborative voices are where the best solutions have been made. Specialties:- Software Deployment & Project Development: acquiring, adopting, training and assessing of a variety of educational tools such as skilljar, Oohlala, CampusLabs and Mongoose. I believe in utilizing technology to provide better access to ALL students. I create swift workflows that allow for ease of learning and used by both client and administrator with continuous feedback integration. - Process Creation: developing sustainable, forward-thinking systems that provide ease of use and equitable access. I also also believe that where structure is not needed it should not be. I am someone who "removes the red tape" in efforts to bring the best service to the end user who more often than not is the student!- Leadership Development & Training: I am a skilled facilitator of large or small group discussion around strategic development Social Justice and Equity or professional growth.I am eager to be a part of taking the learning we provide to the next level through the marriage of service, technology and people.
