As the Arkansas Ryan White Part B Program Manager I provide administrative oversight for federal grant funding for HIV care and treatment. I currently oversee a budget of 9M (federal award plus pharmaceutical rebates) and all aspects of the ongoing development and implementation of the continuous improvement for HIV Services. Functional duties of my position include, but not limited to:*Annual grant writing for the Ryan White Part B & Supplemental funding awards.*Supervision of program staff.*Ryan White Part B federal grant(s) reporting to the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) regarding usage of awarded funding.*Working with sub-grantee agencies to improve/expand upon current program services.*Revise, develop, and implement current and new program policies. *Establish and monitor program budget and expenses, making revisions as needed. *Direct program planning and evaluation.*Being an active and present participant on HIV committees and state HIV projects.*Travel to HIV conferences to network with other HIV peers and to obtain Ryan White program federal updates.
