✓ Partner with line managers and Regional HRBP to establish sourcing and recruiting strategies to build up and foster powerful candidate pipelines for the key positions of designated business unit✓ Develop an external network of vendors and talent sources that facilitates the development of a passive candidate pool for talent scout✓ Supervise vendor's (search firm) execution of the recruitment strategy established for each opening✓ Manage and drive full cycle hiring process from start to finish including preparing & leading hiring plan meeting, directing sourcing techniques, consultative skills, conducting selection interviews, effective communication with candidates, consolidating interview feedback, liaising with C&B to construct the offer, negotiating with candidates to close the offer etc to ensure every stage is carried out in accordance with China Hiring SOP and adhere to best practice principles.✓ Drive consistent review of recruiting metrics and make data driven decisions which move the organization toward further efficiency. ✓ Provide insightful talent trend reports to HRBP and business leaders s/he works with. Identify current/ future talent shortages/ new ways to attract external talent. With the help of TA manager and HR marketing manager to develop proactive program to facilitate talent recruitment (e.g. social media, event, intern program, campus and etc)

✓ Being responsible for the full time employees recruitment of HQ and Branches throughout the country (including sales, marketing, operation etc.) :Screening the CVs, phone interviewing and arranging the interviews;Sourcing the candidates directly and making cold-calls;Communicating with headhunters;Offering the candidates and arranging their on-boarding;✓ Hiring reports：including analyze the process of the recruitment and the cycle time;✓ Campus recruitment project;✓ Collecting and updating JDs;✓ Coaching the sub branch head about their daily recruitment management；✓ Other reports.

➢ Responsibility:Recruitment:✓ Updating online recruiting information, selecting candidates and doing some primary interviews;✓ Collecting recruitment related data and inputting the data into HR system;✓ Writing the JD;C&B:✓ Being responsible for monthly payroll calculation;✓ Managing attendance;✓ Participating annual salary adjustment and calculating annual bonus;✓ Checking social insurance and public housing fund for all employees;✓ Delivering all kinds of holiday and birthday benefits;✓ Applying for the reimbursement of health check, the only-child allowance etc;Performance Appraisal:✓ Dealing with employees ‘labor contract renewal;✓ Implementing the mid-year and year end Performance Appraisal;Staffing:✓ Maintaining and updating the employees' files;✓ Handling social security with the related formalities (employment injury, retirement, etc.)✓ Taking charge of commercial insurance;✓ Executing all kinds of rewards and punishment;✓ Obtaining the work permit and residence permit for the foreigner staff;Training & Development:✓ Writing the instruction book and providing the training of Ufida system of attendance part;✓ Other company's activities such as birthday party, badminton game, visiting day and social volunteering etc.
