As a Senior Consultant (highest rank) in the Risk Assurance department, I bring expertise in core services such as Risk Management, Fraud Investigations and Assurance, and Internal Controls Advisory. As a Senior Associate, I report directly to the Managing Partner, managing projects, client relationships, and governmental interactions. My expertise lies in establishing and enhancing corporate compliance frameworks, as well as designing and implementing tailored Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) policies and SOPs. I also support the certification and implementation of ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems for multiple Chinese companies. Additionally, I engage in Antitrust Due Diligence, Competition Law Compliance, and contribute to business development activities.
