Retail Business and Operations Manager – Australia and New Zealand / Europe 2006-2008. Reporting directly to the Founder.Number of direct reports 15Responsibilities include:- Controlling stock levels for distribution within Australia and New Zealand.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and department managers throughout all BECCA accounts within Australia including David Jones and Adore Beauty. - Sourcing new business opportunities for BECCA (online sales and new independent stores – hair and spa). - Creating opportunities for the reduction in discontinued products while promoting the brand in line with brand strategy- Identifying and working with external partners to support brand growth through events (West Australian Ballet, School groups, shopping centres). - Organising and implementing new business launches nationally- Liaising with marketing teams to identify and develop new ideas and opportunities to ensure brand image and business strategies are delivered. Working with counter managers to organise on counter events, VIP evenings at spa’s and hairdressers and customer workshops in store or special groups to drive sales. - Recruiting all counter management and sales assistants, State Trainers and Reps.- Responsible for all HR activity including performance reviews, makeup artist training plans, salary reviews and disciplinary procedures.- Brand Ambassador & Makeup artist at events and promotional evenings

Reporting to Senior Cabin Crew Members- Cabin Crew member responsible for client safety and customer service on various aircrafts (Dash 8 100/200/300 series, BAe 146 100/200/300series and RJ70)- Completing flight logs for each flight.
