As Store Manager I have been trained, through working with great Managers and Midwest Petroleum University, to fully Manage a Convenience Store with Gas Station. I am fully trained in most management functions, hiring process, disciplinary process, bookwork, inventory, supervising, ordering, scheduling etc. I have worked very hard to be the best I can be at this Position and look forward to working my way up as high as I can go with this Company.

As Shift Manager I was Supervisor over 6 Dispatchers and had to work with over 25 Out of State RoadSide Assistance Drivers in 5 Different States. Our Company took calls from every major Car Insurance company, and we dispatched drivers out to service their vehicles.My Position included, Taking calls, helping answer any questions or concerns from the Insurance Companies or their clients, Supervising all 25+ drivers and my dispatchers, Mapping out Terratories for all our Zones in each of the 5 States. Time and Information sensitive Data entry.

At Mobil my duties include running the cash register, doing end of night paperwork,stocking merchandise and ringing out Work Orders for our Automotive Service Department. AtDorsett Mobil, there is a full service garage with 3 bays. One of my jobs was to ring inautomobile work orders into the register, give the customer their keys, and answer anyquestions I can about the work performed on their vehicle. I also answer the phone andtransfer calls throughout the entire station. Machines I used at Dorsett Mobil included,the Fuel Man Gas Card, Telecheck and the Wayne Register system.
