Reported to the property manager, major responsibilities in this position include maintaining the day to day operations within the property keeping all facilities as well as the office functioning efficiently. Daily tasks include answering a high magnitude of calls from potential residents inquiring information regarding the apartment well as current resident’s maintenance needs and complaints effectively and accurately. Maintaining all new move-in files as well as re-certification files in compliance with the CTCAC LIHTC rules and regulations.

Reported to the Director of Housing Operations, major responsibilities included coordinate the workflow of the director as well as liaising between the departments. Maintain daily and weekly logs of maintenance reports, inventory logs, and yearly reports to OSHA as well as keeping up to date with all required training for all staff personnel.
