The Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Program (COAP) works alongside the Tampa Police Department in a two-prong approach. We serve the community by connecting those affected by the opioid epidemic with ancillary resources while TPD searches for those assisting the epidemic and putting them away.

Acknowledging and greeting guests who visit the bar. Mixing and serving alcoholic beverages to customers after checking their ID to confirm they are legally able to consume alcohol. Ensuring the bar is always well stocked, cleaned, and neatly organized. Maintaining thorough knowledge of the drink and food menus, promotions, and prices. Monitoring the intake of alcohol by guests, and prohibiting the sale of alcohol to those who are intoxicated.

Identify barriers to full participation, and develop strategies to eliminate those barriers. Provide a wide range of activities to assist participants and their recovery process and support goals of the individual's documented service plan and/or Wellness Recovery Plan (WRAP). Facilitate the establishment of peer and family support networks. Guarantee the confidentiality of all information accessed regarding participants' care. Closely track progress of caseload, continuously re-prioritizes activities, and intervenes at key points to assist participants towards goals.

Assigned tasks and oversaw the direction of employees to ensure compliance with food safety procedures and quality control guidelines. Direct staff in daily work assignments to maximize productivity. Performed walk-throughs to gauge timeliness and excellent service quality. Consistently maintained high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation of food and beverage products to ensure quality. Conducts daily pre-shift and monthly meetings to ensure organizational efficiency. Be a motivating leader to staff to consistently improve and exceed customer expectations. Order and receive all bar products and create new cocktails for daily and weekly promotions.
