First point of contact for clients and potential clients as well as subcontractors in the construction field. I coordinated the estimators schedule for the properties when the Property Managers would call in with maintenance or structure issues, and occasional commercial facilities. I also ordered office supplies, maintained the vehicle fleet records, ordered the background checks for our staff as well as our subcontractors, monitored the compliance of our business as well as all of the Property Management organizations that we worked with and communicated the changes as needed to our Project Mangers.
